PETITION
Petitioner respectfully petitions this Court for an order expunging the 1 arrest record(s)
verified above. The court's records service confirms that the applicable clean period of 14
days since judgment has elapsed and that no new arrest or citation has been recorded against
petitioner during that period.
Additional Statement:
Exactly 14 days ago, I was arrested by MPI after being taken for a randomly selected DA-10.
Out of my vehicles, a single box of PI Ammunition was found in the trunk of one of them
alongside some very random Items, such as ~12 colas, an axe, shells, other regular ammo, and
a Wesler. In my month of service, I have never taken anything off the team, so my best guess
is that when I was new, I picked up almost anything off the ground and never bothered to
look through my vehicles. I've already missed the live fire with Harrison, Applications for
RPS & RCSO, and missed one of my special forces evals. (They granted an extension, and I've
been cleared to do my final exam )I would like this to be expunged to get back on track,
start applying to departments again, and get my AFL unsuspended.
