Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Murder in the First Degree)
On or about July 16th, 2026 at approximately 19:27 EDT, the defendant did unlawfully murder
Manager aspenfun of the Ridgeway Department of Transportation who was in the performance
of his official duties in violation of R.C.C. § 3.04, against the peace, government, and dignity of
the State.

COUNT TWO
(Murder in the First Degree)
On or about July 16th, 2026 at approximately 19:11 EDT, the defendant did unlawfully murder
Manager aspenfun of the Ridgeway Department of Transportation who was in the performance
of his official duties in violation of R.C.C. § 3.04, against the peace, government, and dignity of
the State.

COUNT THREE
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
On or about July 16th, 2026, the defendant committed the unauthorized and unlawful act as
described in Count One with a Stetson M2-A rifle while not being in the possession of a valid
Automatic Firearms License in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29, against the peace, government, and
dignity of the State.

NOTICE: Conviction of an offense charged herein may carry the penalties prescribed by the
Ridgeway Criminal Code and the Ridgeway Vehicle Code, and may require the defendant to pay
victim restitution as provided by law.
All of which is contrary to the statute in such cases made and provided, and against the peace
and dignity of the People of the State of Ridgeway. I declare that an investigation has been
conducted to determine if said Defendant(s) did commit the stated crime, which reports are
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the facts therein show probable
cause that the said Defendant(s) did commit the crime. Your declarant requests the issuance of a
Warrant of Arrest either if said Defendant(s) do not appear voluntarily in response to an
appearance letter, or if no appearance letter was issued.
Discovery Request: Pursuant to the applicable discovery statute, the People are hereby
informally requesting that defense counsel provide reciprocal discovery to the People as required
by law.
On this day August 14, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, I certify and declare under penalty of
