PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT

Supporting the Case of STATE OF RIDGEWAY V. GNUJ
I, Amazinguycool123, being duly sworn, state as follows:
INTRODUCTION AND OFFICER BACKGROUND
[1] Your affiant has been employed by the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office since June 13, 2025. During that
time, your affiant has served in Patrol, the Traffic Unit, and the Special Response Team ("SRT"). Your affiant has also
gone through investigative training through accredited Ridgeway Law Enforcement Training Center curriculums.
[2] Your affiant has been employed with the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office since June 13, 2025. Your affiant
has been a part of many different assignments and bureaus. Such as: patrol, traffic unit and the special response
team (“SRT”). Your affiant has received training through accredited Ridgeway Law Enforcement Training Center
curriculums pertaining to investigations and procedures.
[3] This affidavit is being submitted in support of a criminal information alleging that GNUJ violated the
following state criminal laws: 3 R.C.C § 01 (First-Degree Murder).
[4] Because this affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable cause in support
of criminal information, I have not included each and every fact known to me concerning this investigation. I have
only set forth the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable cause that the suspect violated the state
criminal laws set forth herein.
STATEMENT
[5] On the date of July 20, 2026 at approximately 0751 hours PST, your affiant was assigned to investigate a
double homicide that occurred on July 16, 2026.
[6] On the date of July 20, 2026, your affiant reviewed video footage from exhibit A, which showed the
following in summary:
[7] On the date of July 16, 2026 at approximately 1927 hours EDT, ASPENFUN was conducting his duty as a
Ridgeway County Department of Transportation tow truck operator. ASPENFUN was inside of a tow truck parked on
the side of Alderpoint road in front of the Palmer Power station. Subsequently, GNUJ drove a grey Pioneer towards
ASPENFUN, GNUJ then collided his vehicle with a light pole, adjacent to ASPENFUN’s tow truck. GNUJ exited his
grey pioneer with what appears to be an automatic rifle and proceeded to shoot at ASPENFUN. Both parties engage
in a short gunfight before GNUJ shoots ASPENFUN causing ASPENFUN to die.
[8] On the date of July 20, 2026, your affiant reviewed video footage from exhibit B, which showed the
following in summary:
[9] On the date of July 16, at approximately 1911 hours EDT, ASPENFUN was conducting his duty as a
Ridgeway County Department of Transportation tow truck operator. ASPENFUN was driving a tow truck northbound

on Alderpoint road from the intersection of Belgrade road and Alderpoint road GNUJ could be observed driving a
grey Actilla Sport southbound on Alderpoint road towards ASPENFUN’s tow truck. Subsequently GNUJ collides
head on with the tow truck causing his vehicle to flip onto the passenger doors. GNUJ recovers his vehicle as
ASPENFUN begins to continue to drive northbound on Alderpoint road now approaching Sterling Heights. GNUJ
catches up to the tow truck, pulls in front of the tow truck and causes a collision. GNUJ is then seen jumping out of
the grey actilla sport with what appears to be an automatic firearm. GNUJ shoots at ASPENFUN causing him to die.
[10] On the date of July 20, 2026 at approximately 1418 hours PST, your affiant contacted the victim ASPENFUN
for a statement. ASPENFUN stated the following:
[11] "i was tabbed out dming people then he comes up and shoots me dead" as well as "driving around [finding]
cars then i get shot"
[12] Furthermore, reiterating the weapon used by GNUJ against ASPENFUN being what appears to be a Stetson
M2-A shooting automatically, makes this firearm illegal for anyone to possess without the proper licensure, that
being an Automatic Firearms License. Which GNUJ did not possess at the time of the crime.

CONCLUSION
[14] Based on the foregoing, your affiant asserts that GNUJ violated 3 R.C.C § 01 (First Degree Murder), which
makes it a crime to commit murder in the course of committing or attempting to commit kidnapping, burglary,
robbery, arson, obstruction, or retaliation; or who is a peace officer or civil service employee discharging a lawful
duty, with the knowledge that said person is a peace officer or civil service employee; with malice aforethought.
[15] Based on the foregoing, your affiant asserts that GNUJ violated 2 R.C.C § 29 (Unlawful Possession of a
Firearm), which makes it a crime to have AFL and RLFID ammo without holding those licenses.
