Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Sell)
Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly authorized and
empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath
informs the said Court that on or about July 7th, 2026, that the defendant, rawequals, unlawfully
possessed forty one Para 17 handguns which were obtained illegally from an illegal dealer in his
home in violation of R.C.C. §2.30, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS TWO THROUGH SEVENTY SEVEN
(Unlawful Possession of a Military Record)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about July 7th, 2026, the defendant possessed
seventy six military files in his home in violation of R.C.C. §2.37, against the peace,
government, and dignity of the State.
