PETITION
Petitioner respectfully petitions this Court for an order expunging the 1 arrest record(s)
verified above. The court's records service confirms that the applicable clean period of 14
days since judgment has elapsed and that no new arrest or citation has been recorded against
petitioner during that period.
Additional Statement:
The arrest resulted from multiple outstanding arrest warrants that had been issued in
connection with citations that were later pardoned and that I contend were improperly
issued. Because those citations were subsequently pardoned, the resulting warrants were
based on circumstances that were later remedied. I respectfully ask the Court to consider
this history in evaluating my petition for expungement.
