INTRODUCTION
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Mr. aspenfun, by and through the undersigned attorney, and
the Defendant, Mr. 4k2d, by and through the undersigned attorney, (collectively the
“Parties”) respectfully petitions this Court for an order implementing a payment plan
pursuant to Rule 50(2)(3).
JOINT STIPULATION
1. The Parties agree that:
a. On July 19, 2026, Plaintiff filed a civil complaint in the Superior Court of the
State of Ridgeway for the following torts:
i. Assault (7 R. Stat. § 121.001);
ii. Battery (7 R. Stat. § 121.002);
iii. Negligence (7 R. Stat. § 121.301); and,
iv. Wrongful Death (7 R. Stat. § 121.004)

b. On July 27, 2026, the Court issued a summons by publication for the Defendant to
appear no later July 31, 2026.
c. On August 1, 2026, the Plaintiff made a motion for entry of default judgement.
On August 6, 2026, the Clerk entered default judgement.
d. The Defendant is in debt to the Plaintiff, and owes:

2. The Parties stipulate that if ordered, they will enter into a payment plan for the purposes
of satisfying this Judgement.

3. There shall be 6 total installments over a six-period period between August 16, 2026 (the
first payment) to September 13, 2026 (the final payment).
4. Each instalment shall be $5,325.00 and be made between 5:00pm-10:pm EDT in-game.
5. The Parties agree to communicate in order to arrange a time during that payment window
to be in-game. They are not expected to meet each other in-game.
Interest
6. Under Rid. R. Civ. P. 50(2)(4), interest shall not begin until 14 days after the payment
plan order is issued.
7. After 14 days of the order, should Defendant miss a payment instalment, the following
instalment is increased by an interest rate of 5%
a. $5,325.00 x 0.05 = $266.25 additional in payment
8. The 5% interest is applied at a weekly rate, meaning should Defendant miss more
installments, a 5% rate rate is applied weekly.

Consequences of Missed Payment
9. Should the Defendant miss a payment, or disengage from the payment plan, the Plaintiff
will seek a writ of execution, petition for an order of delinquency, and pursue any other
legal alternatives.
