Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendants as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Murder in the First Degree)
Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway Department of
Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled
case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that CERTDOM, on or
about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did unlawfully with malice
aforethought kill ASPENFUN, a civil service employee of the Ridgeway Department of
Transportation who was discharging a lawful duty as a tow operator, while knowing that
ASPENFUN was a civil service employee, by intentionally discharging a firearm at
ASPENFUN and striking him, thereby causing his death, contrary to R.C.C. § 3.01.

COUNT TWO
(Murder in the First Degree)
And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
CERTDOM, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did unlawfully
with malice aforethought kill HXGONIX by intentionally discharging a firearm at
HXGONIX and striking him, thereby causing his death, contrary to R.C.C. § 3.01.

COUNT THREE
(Brandishing)
And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
CERTDOM, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did unlawfully
draw and exhibit a firearm in the presence of RAR3BITCOIN and ASPENFUN in a
threatening manner, by drawing and aiming a firearm at ASPENFUN and
RAR3BITCOIN before discharging it contrary to R.C.C. § 2.36.

COUNT FOUR
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
CERTDOM, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did unlawfully
possess a Stetson Cardiac-5 submachine gun without possessing a valid Advanced
Firearm License, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.29.

COUNT FIVE
(Obstruction of Transport Personnel)
And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
CERTDOM, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did knowingly
interfere with the operations of a transit operator clearly performing division-specific
duties, by intentionally blocking the path of ASPENFUN while ASPENFUN was
operating a tow truck in the performance of his duties, contrary to R.C.C. § 5.04.

Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
NOAHBADNOLIE, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did
unlawfully and with malice aforethought kill ASPENFUN, a civil service employee of
the Ridgeway Department of Transportation who was discharging a lawful duty as a tow
operator, while knowing that ASPENFUN was a civil service employee, by intentionally
discharging a firearm at ASPENFUN and striking him with gunfire, thereby causing his
death, contrary to R.C.C. § 3.01.

And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
NOAHBADNOLIE, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did
unlawfully and with malice aforethought kill RAR3BITCOIN, a peace officer with tthe
Ridgeway State Troopers who was discharging a lawful duty as a peace officer, while
knowing that RAR3BITCOIN was a peace officer, by intentionally discharging a firearm
at RAR3BITCOIN and striking him with gunfire, thereby causing his death, contrary to
R.C.C. § 3.01.

Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
NOAHBADNOLIE, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did

NOAHBADNOLIE, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did

COUNT TWELVE
(Arson in the Second Degree)
And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
DPSBADATJOB, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did
willfully and maliciously set fire to and burn the personal property of ASPENFUN, to
wit: a red Gridlock van belonging to ASPENFUN, by intentionally discharging a firearm
at the vehicle repeatedly, causing it to catch fire and be destroyed, contrary to R.C.C. §
4.01(b).

COUNT THIRTEEN
(Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm)
And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
DPSBADATJOB, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did
unlawfully and knowingly discharge a firearm within the City of Palmer and without
legal reason to do so, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.33.

Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
DPSBADATJOB, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did
unlawfully draw and exhibit a firearm in the presence of ASPENFUN in a threatening
manner, by drawing and aiming a firearm at ASPENFUN before discharging it contrary
to R.C.C. § 2.36.

Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
DPSBADATJOB, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did

And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
DPSBADATJOB, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did
unlawfully and knowingly enter a place as to which notice against trespass was given,
without authorization. To wit: the defendant did enter the employee garage of the RDOT
Headquarters in Palmer City, contrary to R.C.C. § 4.18.

COUNT SEVENTEEN
(Possession of Burglary Tools)
And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
DPSBADATJOB, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did
unlawfully possess a tool designed for committing or facilitating offenses involving
forcible entry into premises, under circumstances evincing an intent to use the same in
the commission of such an offense, specifically possessing and using a lockpick to gain
entry to RDOT Headquarters, contrary to R.C.C. § 4.08.
