Pursuant to Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 37(4), Plaintiff files this request for default judgment by
the clerk, who, pursuant to Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 1.1(9), is the Clerk of the Superior Court, which
is Halo4asin. The clerk entered default on 2026-08-07 (BATES-20260807-9660765988).
Plaintiff's disclosures are attached to this request for default judgment by the clerk in order to
establish entitlement to relief. See Rid. Rule. Civ. Proc. 37(8). Plaintiff's attorney, who is
thr33six8 Esq., has sworn under the penalty of perjury, a conviction only felony enforced with 20
minutes of imprisonment and/or a fine of $2,500, R.C.C. § 2.10, the following:
AFFIDAVIT OF DAMAGES
Defendant is individually liable for $10,000 in punitive damages due to the relief sought
for the claim of Official Misconduct. See Compl. Relief ¶ 1. Defendant is also subject to "an
injunction enjoining [him] from being on-duty as an officer of the Palmer Police Department for
14 days" due to the relief sought for the claim of Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law. Id.,
at ¶ 2. FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
