PLAINTIFF’S RESPONSE REGARDING THE DESIGNATION OF CLASSIFIED
INFORMATION AND THE NOTICE REQUIRED BY 9 R. STAT. SECTION 122.208(b)
TO: Counsel for the Defendants, and to the deponents named below.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to the Court’s order of July 26, 2026 granting Plaintiff’s
leave to depose the persons identified in discovery, Plaintiff will take the deposition of the
following persons upon written questions:
1. AZAP634, Lieutenant, Criminal Investigations Division, in his official capacity;
2. ERRCORE, Captain, Criminal Investigations Division, in his official capacity; and
3. AMAZINGUYCOOL123, the assigned detective identified in the Defendants’
Background Investigation Transcription.
MANNER OF EXAMINATION. Plaintiff has stated on the record, and repeats here, that he is
unable to participate by voice for personal reasons. Plaintiff accordingly requests that the
deposition be conducted upon written questions, with the deponents’ answers given under oath in

writing, or in a text based format the Court approves. Plaintiff does not object to the presence of
counsel or to the Court supervising the examination in any manner it deems appropriate.
TIME AND PLACE. Plaintiff proposes that answers be served within seven days of service of
the questions, or on such schedule as the Court may set.
OATH. Each deponent is requested to answer under the pains and penalties of perjury, consistent
with the verification appended to the Defendants’ own production in this matter.
The questions to be propounded are attached.
