Plaintiff requests that a written judgment be entered for the denial of the motion for
recusal.
PROCEDURAL GROUNDS
A party may request a written judgment to be entered. Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 40(7). This is
as long as the judgment is not on any motions in Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 40(2). Since I believe this
is moreorso a request and not a motion, I do not believe that rule applies. If this were a motion, I
believe it is not one of the motions that do not require a written ruling.
