ENTRY OF DEFAULT PURSUANT TO
RID. RULE CIV. PROC. 37(2)

Pursuant to Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 37(2), plaintiff's attorney, who is thr33six8, files this
application for default judgment. Disclosures are attached as evidence to entitle Plaintiff to relief.
I have sworn under the penalty of Perjury, a conviction only felony enforced with 20 minutes of
imprisonment and/or a fine of RW$2,500, R.C.C. § 2.10, the following:
SWORN STATEMENT
1. My timezone is UTC–5:00, but I will use the UTC+0:00 timezone for any timestamps in
this affidavit.
2. The sole defendant in this civil action, who is Defendant JE9SE, is sued in his official
capacity as a deputy first class of the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office pursuant to 7 R.
Stat. § 121.404(b) ("Such suits shall proceed in a form of quasi-official capacity, such
that the defendants shall be named as parties in official capacity…"). The complaint says
that he is liable for $10,000 in punitive damages and "an injunction enjoining the
Defendant from being on-duty as a deputy of the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office for 7
days. Compl. Relief ¶¶ 1–2.
3. As shown in the return/proof of service that is filed, I DM'ed the civil summons to the
defendant on 2026-07-28T06:42:00Z (UTC), therefore serving him.
4. Because the defendant is an agent of the government, he had 96 hours (4 days) to file an
answer after he was served. Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 12(4)(2). So, he had until
2026-08-01T06:42:00Z to file an answer.
5. Defendant himself has filed neither a pleading nor a motion within the above-mentioned
timeframes.
6. As the record reflects, Defendant himself has appeared in the case channel.
7. FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
