AFFIDAVIT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I, Sergeant TheNoobykids, acknowledge that this is a statement made in support of the
summons or arrest warrant of STORMCATSRULE, pursuant to Rid. R. Crim. P. 3(6). The facts
and information in this statement are based upon my training, experience, participation in
investigations, personal knowledge and observations, and the observation of other investigators
involved in this investigation. This statement contains the information necessary to support
probable cause for criminal information and is not intended to include every fact and matter
observed by me.
I. INTRODUCTION
1. I am a Sergeant with the Ridgeway State Police, and I have been employed as such since
6/30/2024.
2. I have been a certified police officer through the Law Enforcement Training Center since
3/31/2024, and have received training on identifying probable cause.

3. Based on the information and evidence gathered during the course of this investigation, I
have probable cause to believe that STORMCATSRULE has committed the following
offenses:
a. R.C.C. § 2.29 - Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
b. R.C.C. § 2.37 - Unlawful Possession of a Military Record on 5 counts
II. PROBABLE CAUSE
4. On 8/01/2026 the Honorable smashcans signed a judicial search warrant on
STORMCATSRULE which included their persons, vehicles, and property.
5. On 8/05/2026, I located STORMCATSRULE and detained them in order to execute the
search warrant. I transported STORMCATSRULE to the Ridgeway State Police
Sub-Station and conducted the search warrant in accordance with State law and
departmental policy.
6. During the search of all vehicles belonging to the STORMCATSRULE , I discovered a
firearm, ammunition, and military files, which are as follows:
a. x1 Solami;
b. x5 Military Files;
c. x4 boxes of 5.56 Ammunition;
7. Based on records available to me, I learned that STORMCATSRULE does not possess an
Advanced Firearm License and is therefore unable to possess a Solami firearm. Based on
my training and experience, I know that the Solami gun is capable of automatic fire and
requires an AFL endorsement.
III. STATUTORY DEFINITIONS

8. R.C.C. § 2.29 - Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - Whoever possesses any firearm or
ammunition without being in possession of a valid Ridgeway Firearms License, or who
possesses a weapon, firearm, or ammunition that was sourced from an illegal dealer.;
a) During the execution of the lawfully authorized search warrant, I recovered
approximately one (1) firearm, which is only obtainable through the illegal dealer
located at the Sterling Port or illegal dealer in Milton.
b) Based on my training and experience, it was clear that the defendant did
understand that having a Solami was illegal, as it is only supplied by the illegal
dealer, meaning they’d have to obtain the firearm illegally.
9. R.C.C. §2.37 - Unlawful Possession of a Military Record - Whoever possesses a military
record, military file, or other confidential military documentation without the
authorization of the Defense Department.
a) During the execution of the lawfully authorized search warrant, I recovered
approximately five (5) military files.
b) According to my experience, the only way one could obtain these records is either
by; being allowed authorization to be in possession of these military records or;
stealing them from the Ridgeway National Guard Headquarters.
c) Due to the resources available to me at the time, it was clear that there was no
authorization given to the defendant at the time that would allow them to be in
possession of such military files.

V. CONCLUSIONS AS TO PROBABLE CAUSE FOR A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
10. Based on the above factual allegations, it is the belief of the undersigned affiant that
probable cause exists that STORMCATSRULE has violated:
a. R.C.C. §2.37
b. R.C.C § 2.29
