Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant’s as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Murder in the First Degree)
Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway Department of
Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled
case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that AZIM1035, on or about
July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did unlawfully and with malice
aforethought kill ASPENFUN, a civil service employee of the Ridgeway Department of
Transportation who was discharging a lawful duty as a tow operator, while knowing that
ASPENFUN was a civil service employee, by intentionally discharging a firearm at
ASPENFUN and striking him multiple times, causing his death, contrary to R.C.C. §
3.01.

COUNT TWO

And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
EINSHINE442, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did
unlawfully and with malice aforethought kill ASPENFUN, a civil service employee of
the Ridgeway Department of Transportation who was discharging a lawful duty as a tow
operator, while knowing that ASPENFUN was a civil service employee, by intentionally
discharging a firearm at ASPENFUN and striking him multiple times, causing his death,
contrary to R.C.C. § 3.01.

COUNT THREE

And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
EINSHINE442, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did
unlawfully and with malice aforethought kill MP5SOPMODS, a peace officer of the
Ridgeway State Police who was discharging a lawful duty, while knowing that
MP5SOPMODS was a peace officer, by intentionally discharging a firearm at
MP5SOPMODS and striking him multiple times, causing his death, contrary to R.C.C. §
3.01.

COUNT FOUR
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
AZIM1035, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did knowingly
possess a firearm and ammunition, including a Stetson M2-A rifle, without being in
possession of a valid Advanced Firearms License, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.29

COUNT FIVE
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway
Department of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the
above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that
EINSHINE442, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did
knowingly possess a firearm and ammunition, including a Stetson M2-A rifle, without
being in possession of a valid Advanced Firearms License, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.29

AZIM1035, on or about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did knowingly
discharge a firearm within the city limits of Milton and in a residential area without legal
reason to do so, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.33.

And further, Detachment_Result, Deputy Attorney General for the Ridgeway Department
of Justice, duly authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled
case in this Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that EINSHINE442, on or
about July 11, 2026, within the County of Ridgeway, did knowingly discharge a firearm

towards MP5SOPMODS within the city limits of Milton and in a residential area
without legal reason to do so, contrary to R.C.C. § 2.33.

exhibited a firearm in the presence of ASPENFUN in a threatening manner by exiting a
vehicle, drawing a Stetson M2-A rifle and aiming it towards ASPENFUN before later
using the firearm against ASPENFUN, contrary contrary to R.C.C. § 2.36.
