I, RIDAS1234LOL, being duly sworn, state as follows:
INTRODUCTION AND OFFICER BACKGROUND
[1] I am a Deputy First Class in the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office and a Detective in the Criminal
Investigations Division (hereinafter “CID”). As a law enforcement officer, I am empowered to conduct
investigations.
[2] I have been employed with the Sheriff’s Office since March 25, 2026.
[3] I am a certified peace officer through the Ridgeway Law Enforcement Training Center. I have been a
member of the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office for approximately 4 months, having previously served as a
Sergeant within the Training Division prior to my resignation back in 2024. I am currently a member of the Audit
Office and an Instructor within the Law Enforcement Training Center. Through this background, I have gained
extensive familiarity with departmental protocols, training regulations, and the identification of authorized
police-issue equipment.
[4] This affidavit is being submitted in support of a criminal information alleging that AZIM1035 violated the
following state criminal laws: R.C.C. § 3.01 (Murder in the First Degree), R.C.C. § 2.29 (Unlawful Possession of a

of a criminal information, I have not included each and every fact known to me concerning this investigation. I have
only set forth the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable cause that the suspect violated the state
criminal laws set forth herein.
STATEMENT
[8] On July 11, 2026, at approximately 4:32 PM EDT near Frederick R. Poole Brownstones in Milton, Ridgeway
County, the complainant, Ridgeway Department of Transportation (RDOT) Manager ASPENFUN can be observed in
Exhibit A as an on-duty employee performing the duties of a tow operator. ASPENFUN was operating an RDOT

Highline Flatbed with the department's distinct RDOT letters on the driver- and passenger-side doors while wearing
the RDOT uniform and hat displaying the department seals.
[9] From the 0:00 to the 1:07 timestamp of Exhibit A, ASPENFUN is in the process of hooking, winching, and
welding a light gray Visco Luxor bearing plate FTL565 onto the ramp of his Highline Flatbed. As the ramp is raised,
ASPENFUN enters the Highline Flatbed’s driver’s seat and drives toward Skyscraper, also in the City of Milton.
[10] Between the 1:48 and 1:57 timestamps, as ASPENFUN was approaching the intersection of Grace St. and
Chester Ave., he stopped at the red traffic signal. EINSHINE442 and AZIM1035 are occupants of a gray Cavela, with
EINSHINE442 being the driver and AZIM1035 being the front passenger. EINSHINE442 drives the Cavela up behind
ASPENFUN’s Highline Flatbed before maneuvering to the left, passing the Highline Flatbed, ultimately coming to a
stop in the middle of the intersection and in front of the Highline Flatbed. By parking directly in the Highline
Flatbed’s path, the suspects are physically preventing the Highline Flatbed from moving forward and it remains
stopped.
[11] At the 1:57 timestamp, both EINSHINE442 and AZIM1035 exit the gray Cavela and immediately draw their
firearms which, based on the scope, the size, the color, the shape, and my training and experience as a law
enforcement officer, can be identified as Stetson M2-As. The Stetson M2-A is not sold from any legal dealers in the
state and can only be sourced from illegal dealers.
[12] The 1:58 timestamp portrays EINSHINE442 and AZIM1035 aiming their drawn Stetson M2-As in the
direction of ASPENFUN, discharging several rounds while within the city limits of Milton. The suspects’ rounds first
strike the windows of the Highline Flatbed and subsequently the light gray Visco Luxor on the ramp as ASPENFUN
exits the Highline Flatbed to return fire with his Stetson Cardiac-5. EINSHINE442 and AZIM1035 continue firing,
striking ASPENFUN multiple times resulting in his death. The video abruptly ends as the suspects sprint closer to
the Highline Flatbed. ASPENFUN was interrupted while he was in the process of impounding the light gray Visco
Luxor on his Highline Flatbed's ramp.
[13] On July 11, 2026, at approximately 4:57 PM EDT near Frederick R. Poole Brownstones in Milton, Ridgeway
County, the complainant, Ridgeway Department of Transportation (RDOT) Manager ASPENFUN can be observed in
Exhibit B as an on-duty employee performing the duties of a tow operator. ASPENFUN was operating an RDOT
Highline Flatbed with the department's distinct RDOT letters on the driver and passenger side doors while wearing
the RDOT uniform and hat displaying the department seals.
[14] At approximately the 0:03 timestamp of Exhibit B, ASPENFUN is reversing his Highline Flatbed to park in
front of a gray Cavela. During this time, AZIM1035 exits the residence of 4 Fulton St. and is followed by
EINSHINE442. EINSHINE442 and AZIM1035 each have a firearm drawn, identified as Stetson M2-A rifles based on
the scope, the size, the color, the shape, and my training and experience as a law enforcement officer. The Stetson
M2-A is not sold from any legal dealers in the state and can only be sourced from illegal dealers.
[15] Moving towards the 0:05 timestamp, both suspects point their drawn Stetson M2-As in the direction of
ASPENFUN. As ASPENFUN exits his Highline Flatbed, he draws his Stetson Cardiac-5 as AZIM1035 and
EINSHINE442 move towards him. AZIM1035 first fires several rounds before ASPENFUN shoots back, at which
CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS DIVISION RIDGEWAY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
CASE NUMBER INVESTIGATION REPORT DATE

point both suspects fire multiple rounds at ASPENFUN. Bullet impacts appear in the ground surrounding
ASPENFUN. AZIM1035 suffers from severe bodily injuries after being struck by ASPENFUN’s gunfire and later dies
to fall damage when he jumps while against the grey Cavela, launching him into the air. EINSHINE442 moves closer
to ASPENFUN and fires additional rounds at him from no more than 15 studs away, causing ASPENFUN’s death.
ASPENFUN was killed while attempting to perform a tow, as indicated by the Highline Flatbed’s amber lights being
activated and the positioning of the ramp facing towards the light gray Cavela parked against the curb.
EINSHINE442 is then carried further down the road on top of a passing dark gray Cavela that makes contact with
him.
[16] Between the 0:16 and 0:22 timestamps, EINSHINE442 crosses the intersection of Fulton St. and Chester
Ave. and is no longer visible after moving to the dumpsters adjacent to the 1 Fulton St. residence. At 0:23, Trooper
MP5SOPMODS approaches ASPENFUN’s body, which lies on the curb in front of 1 Fulton St. MP5SOPMODS can be
distinguished as a law enforcement officer with his equipped duty belt and Ridgeway State Police Class B uniform,
which features the department patches and badge.
[17] At approximately 0:31, EINSHINE442 fires several rounds toward MP5SOPMODS, who is struck and
collapses to his death next to ASPENFUN. EINSHINE442’s Stetson M2-A muzzle flashes illuminate the area by the
dumpster, which is where they were last seen moving. As MP5SOPMODS fell, he asked ASPENFUN: “WHO YO.” The
video comes to a close as ASPENFUN’s recording pans to the right, showing EINSHINE442 standing behind one of
the yellow dumpsters.
[18] In an interview, complainant ASPENFUN stated that they had one prior altercation with EINSHINE442
approximately one year earlier and had no prior altercations with AZIM1035. ASPENFUN stated that the suspects
had not approached or threatened them on the day of the incident. ASPENFUN also stated that they did not know
whether the vehicle being towed in Exhibit A belonged to either suspect or one of their friends. ASPENFUN further
stated that the vehicle being towed in Exhibit B belonged to one of the suspects and explained that they had
checked its license plate before attempting the tow. See Exhibit C.
[19] When witness MP5SOPMODS was interviewed, they stated that they had responded to reports of shots in
the area and that there had been no surveillance or stalking of the suspects. They further stated that they believed
EINSHINE442 may have been the person who shot them and assumed that the shooter had used a Stetson M2-A.
MP5SOPMODS could provide no further information because they had arrived at the scene shortly after
ASPENFUN’s death. See Exhibit D.
[20] During an interview, suspect EINSHINE442 stated that the vehicle being towed in Exhibit A had belonged to
one of their friends and that ASPENFUN had shot one of their friends. EINSHINE442 also confirmed that the vehicle
being towed in Exhibit B had belonged to AZIM1035. They further stated that ASPENFUN or other “people” had
been stalking them. EINSHINE442 explained, “The main reason we drew our weapons was that we thought people
were stalking us and were pointing guns at us.” See Exhibit E.
[21] I located AZIM1035 on Discord. However, when I contacted them, I did not receive a timely response. See
Exhibit F.
