Pursuant to Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 37(2), Plaintiff files this application for default
judgment. Disclosures are attached as evidence to entitle Plaintiff to relief. His attorney, who is
thr33six8, has sworn under the penalty of Perjury, a conviction only felony enforced with 20
minutes of imprisonment and/or a fine of RW$2,500, R.C.C. § 2.10, the following:
SWORN STATEMENT
1. My timezone is UTC–5:00, but I will use the UTC+0:00 timezone for any timestamps in
this affidavit.
2. The sole defendant in this civil action, who is Defendant robloxagone13, is sued in his
official capacity as a senior patrol officer of the Palmer Police Department pursuant to 7
R. Stat. § 121.404(b) ("Such suits shall proceed in a form of quasi-official capacity, such
that the defendants shall be named as parties in official capacity…"). The complaint says
that he is liable for $10,000 in punitive damages and "an injunction enjoining the
Defendant from being on-duty as an officer of the Palmer Police Department for 14
days." Compl. Relief ¶ 2.
3. As shown in the return/proof of service that is filed, I DM'ed the civil summons to the
defendant on 2026-07-28T07:07:00Z (UTC), therefore serving him.
4. Since the defendant had five (5) days from service to file an answer pursuant to Rid. Rule
Civ. Proc. 5(16), his chance to file an answer expired on 2026-08-02T07:07:00Z (UTC).
Pursuant to Rule 6(1), his chance to file a pleading expired on 2026-08-04T07:07:00Z
(UTC). Id., at 6(1) (pre-trial proceedings last 7 days).
5. Defendant himself has not filed any pleading within the above-mentioned timeframes.
6. As the record reflects, Defendant himself has not appeared in the case channel.
