Claims for Relief
1. On or about August 4, 2026, Defendant intentionally displayed and discharged
a firearm in the direction of Plaintiff. 2. Defendant’s actions created a reasonable
apprehension of imminent physical harm to Plaintiff. 3. Although no rounds struck
Plaintiff, Defendant’s conduct constituted an unlawful threat of physical injury. 4. As a
result of Defendant’s actions, Plaintiff suffered damages and is entitled to relief. 5.
Plaintiff incorporates the preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 6. Defendant
discharged a firearm multiple times outside Defendant’s store while Plaintiff was present.
7. Defendant’s discharge of the firearm created a dangerous and unlawful situation.

Demand for Relief
1. Plaintiff requests that the Court enter judgment in Plaintiff’s favor and against
Defendant.
2. Plaintiff requests an award of damages in an amount to be determined at trial for the
harm caused by Defendant’s actions.
3. Plaintiff requests reimbursement for any costs and expenses permitted by law.
4. Plaintiff requests any additional relief that the Court finds fair and appropriate.
