The State Attorney of Ridgeway County, Ridgeway, hereby accuses the above
named defendant of the following criminal offenses:
Count 1
On or about June 30, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the crime of
Murder in the Second Degree in violation of R.C.C. § 3.02, a Felony, was committed in
that the defendant did unlawfully discharged his firearm within city limits, at the direction
of the victim, Mr. RealBaconLeaf, hitting the victim, and killing the victim in violation
against the peace, government, and dignity of the State

Count 2
On or about June 30, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the crime of
Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm in violation of R.C.C. § 2.33, a Misdemeanor, was
committed in that the defendant did unlawfully discharged his firearm within Sterling City
limits with no legal reasons to do so in violation against the peace, government, and
dignity of the State
Count 3
On or about June 30, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the crime of
Official Misconduct in violation of R.C.C. § 2.15, a Felony, was committed in that the
defendant while in uniform and on duty for the Ridgeway National Guard, feloniously
shot and killed an unarmed civilian which is an unauthorized exercise of their official
functions and knowing that such an act is unauthorized in violation against the peace,
government, and dignity of the State.

NOTICE: Conviction of an offense charged herein may carry the penalties prescribed by
the Ridgeway Criminal Code and the Ridgeway Vehicle Code, and may require the
defendant to pay victim restitution as provided by law.

All of which is contrary to the statute in such cases made and provided, and
against the peace and dignity of the People of the State of Ridgeway.
I declare that an investigation has been conducted to determine if said
Defendant(s) did commit the stated crime, which reports are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and that the facts therein show probable cause that
the said Defendant(s) did commit the crime. Your declarant requests the issuance of a
Warrant of Arrest either if said Defendant(s) do not appear voluntarily in response to an
appearance letter, or if no appearance letter was issued.
Discovery Request: Pursuant to the applicable discovery statute, the People
are hereby informally requesting that defense counsel provide reciprocal discovery to
the People as required by law.
