Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNTS ONE
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Sell)
Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly authorized and
empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath
informs the said Court that on or about August 1st, 2026, that the suspect RenatoBascetti was in
possession of thirty seven Stetson Cardiac-5s which is illegal for the suspect to have in violation
of R.C.C. §2.30, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS TWO THROUGH FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY FOUR
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about August 1st, 2026, that the suspect,
RenatoBascetti, was in possession of four hundred and ninety four boxes of .45 ACP ammo
without a valid Ridgeway Firearms License in violation of R.C.C. §2.29, against the peace,
government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY FIVE
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about August 1st, 2026, that the suspect,
RenatoBascetti, was in possession of one Stetson M2-A which is can be only be sourced from
and illegal dealer in violation of R.C.C. §2.29, against the peace, government, and dignity of the
State.

(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)

official oath informs the said Court that on or about August 1st, 2026, that the suspect,
RenatoBascetti, was in possession of one Stetson M2-A which is can be only be sourced from
and illegal dealer in violation of R.C.C. §2.29, against the peace, government, and dignity of the
State.

COUNTS FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY SIX THROUGH FIVE HUNDRED AND
SEVENTY SIX
(Receiving Stolen Property)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about August 1st, 2026, that the suspect,
RenatoBascetti, was in possession of eighty stacks of traceable cash in which the property had
been obtained through the commission of a theft offense in violation of R.C.C. §4.12, against the
peace, government, and dignity of the State.
