PETITION
Petitioner respectfully petitions this Court for an order expunging the 2 citation(s)
described above. Petitioner represents that the applicable clean period of 7 days since
judgment has elapsed and that petitioner has remained free of any new arrests or citations
during that period.
Additional Statement:
I am asking for these two citations to be removed from my record. I have learned from them
and have worked to do better since then. I currently serve in the National Guard and am
applying for a Correctional Officer position with the Sheriff's Office, and I hope my record
reflects the responsibility and commitment I have shown since receiving these citations.
