therein charge the defendant as follows;

official oath informs the said Court that on July 20th, 2026 at or about 20:45, the defendant,
11exk, had escaped lawful custody of the Ridgeway County Sheriffs Department County Jail in
violation of R.C.C. § 2.05, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.
