PETITION
Petitioner respectfully petitions this Court for an order expunging the 16 arrest record(s)
described above. Petitioner represents that the applicable clean period of 30 days since
judgment has elapsed and that petitioner has remained free of any new arrests or citations
during that period.
Additional Statement:
Since the date of my last record, I have demonstrated good standing in the community by
refraining from any criminal conduct, including traffic citations. Beyond fulfilling the
basic prerequisite under 6 R. Stat. 131.604(c), I have made it my objective to help visitors
of the State learn how to play the game, and learn the map of the game. I feel as this
service is greatly appreciated by both the visitors and residents of Ridgeway. Lastly, I
aspire to become an attorney in the State of Ridgeway, and it is my intent to complete the
State Bar examination following an order expunging my record, if the Court deems it proper.
DECLARATION UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY
I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Ridgeway that:
1. I am the petitioner named above and I am authorized to file this petition.
