MOTION TO WITHDRAW COUNSEL
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek the withdrawal of current primary counsel,
vonhagen123, as counsel of record in the above mentioned proceedings. In support thereof;
1. The undersigned currently serves as counsel of record for the Government in this
matter.
2. Since entering appearance, the undersigned has been confirmed and appointed to
serve as a Magistrate Judge for the Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway.
3. Since 22 July, 2026, vonhagen123 has been resigned from the Department of
Justice and is not privy to case information or accesses thereof.
4. The Government will designate substitute counsel to assume responsibility for
this prosecution upon the Court’s granting of this Motion, and the withdrawal of
vonhagen123 will not unduly prejudice any party or materially delay these
proceedings.
