CRIMINAL INFORMATION
The People of the State of Ridgeway, by and through the State Attorney, accuse the
defendant, na7hiel_vx, of the following offense:
COUNT I - VIOLATION OF 2.13 - FELONY EVASION, 3.09A - AGGRAVATED ASSAULT CLASS II,
UNLAWFUL POSESSION OF A FIREARM
On or about July 21, 2026, at US-395 Oakland, in the County of Ridgeway, the defendant,
na7hiel_vx, did unlawfully CRIMINAL INFORMATION TO BE FILED.....[THIS DOCUMENT IS NOT THE
CHARGING DOCUMENT], in violation of 2.13 - Felony Evasion, 3.09a - Aggravated Assault Class
II, 2.29 - Unlawful Posession of a firearm, against the peace and dignity of the People of
the State of Ridgeway.
BASIS OF THE CHARGES
Probable cause was found by the Duty Court on determination DCE-2026-0025, presented by
Timbowalk of Ridgeway State Police, following an arrest made on July 21, 2026. The
determination was referred for charging as CR-2026-0025 and the sworn record remains on the
duty-court register.
WHEREFORE, the State Attorney prays that the defendant be made to answer the charges set
forth above before this Court.
