Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;

(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)

empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath
informs the said Court that on or about July 6th, 2026, that at 3400 Majellan Way in Sterling
Heights, NOAHBADNOLIE had 20 Stetson Cardiac-5 in his home safe without holding an
RFLID or AFL in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29, against the peace, government, and dignity of the
State.

(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
And further, Gamer80sStyle, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on July 6th, 2026, that at 3400 Majellan Way in Sterling
Heights, NOAHBADNOLIE had 95 boxes of .45 ACP ammo in his home safe without holding
an RFLID or AFL in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29, against the peace, government, and dignity of
the State.

(Possession of Burglary Tools)
And further, Gamer80sStyle, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on July 6th, 2026, at the RCSO Headquarters, Palmer, the
defendant, NOAHBADNOLIE possessed in a Gray Actila [ZTY021], 39 lockpicks which in
officers experience is used in the commission of an offence in violation of R.C.C. § 4.09, against
the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

official oath informs the said Court that on July 6th, 2026, at the RCSO Headquarters, Palmer, the
defendant, noahbadnolie possessed in a Blue Gridlock [TCG6166], 5 Gold Duffle bags in
violation of R.C.C. § 4.12, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.
