Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(First Degree Murder)
Gamer80sStyle, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly
authorized and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this
Court, on his official oath informs the said Court that on or about May 16, 2026, within
the State of Ridgeway at Sterling Heights, the defendant, MichaelAgostinu did
unlawfully, feloniously, intentionally, and with malice aforethought shoot and kill
aspenfun, knowing that aspenfun was a civil service employee lawfully discharging
official duties. Victim aspenfun was in full RDOT uniform and operating a tow truck
during the incident. The defendant is in violation of R.C.C § 3.01, against the peace,
government, and dignity of the State.

COUNT TWO
(Unlawful Possession of a Firearm)
And further, Gamer80sStyle, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of
Justice, on his official oath informs the said Court that MichaelAgostinu, on or
about May 16, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway at Sterling Heights, did
unlawfully and knowingly possess a Stetson-M2A firearm of models that classified
as illegal under State of Ridgeway law (Solami, Komrad, Para/Para-17,
Stetson-M2A, and Wesler variants), on his person, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.29,
against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNT THREE
(Brandishing)
And further, Gamer80sStyle, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of
Justice, on his official oath informs the said Court that MichaelAgostinu, on or
about May 16, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway at Sterling Heights, did
unlawfully and threateningly exhibit a loaded Stetson-M2A, while not acting in
self defense, in the presence of victim aspenfun to shoot and kill him. The
defendant is in violation of R.C.C § 2.36, against the peace, government, and

COUNT FOUR
(Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm)
And further, Gamer80sStyle, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of
Justice, on his official oath informs the said Court that MichaelAgostinu, on or
about May 16, 2026, within the State of Ridgeway at Sterling Heights, did
unlawfully and knowingly discharge a Stetson M2A within the city limits of
Sterling, adjacent to the Sterling Car Dealership without legal justification. The
defendant is in violation of R.C.C § 2.33, against the peace, government, and
