PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT

Supporting the Case of State of Ridgeway v. MichaelAgostinu
Your affiant, rainqg, being duly sworn, states as follows:
INTRODUCTION AND DETECTIVE BACKGROUND
[1] I am a Corporal with the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) and a Senior Detective of the Criminal
Investigations Division (CID). As a law enforcement officer, I am empowered to conduct investigations. I am
responsible for investigating all criminal offenses that are committed within Ridgeway County per 6 R. Stat § 2205.
[2] I have been employed with the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office since January 27, 2024. During my tenure
in RCSO, I have been assigned to the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations Division, and Special Response Team. I
have served in CID since August 16, 2024, however I have previously been in the division from August 2021 to
October 2021 prior to my resignation from the department. I have investigated a multitude of cases involving theft,
assaults, and homicides.
[3] This affidavit of probable cause is being submitted in support of a criminal information alleging that
MICHAELAGOSTINU violated the following state criminal laws: R.C.C § 3.01 Murder in the First Degree, R.C.C §
2.29 Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, R.C.C § 2.36 Brandishing, and R.C.C § 2.33 Unlawful Discharge of a
Firearm.
[4] This affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, my training and experience, law enforcement records,
and information provided to me by other law enforcement officers and witnesses. Because this affidavit is being
submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable cause in support of a criminal information, I have not
included each and every fact known to me concerning this investigation. I have only set forth the facts that I believe
are necessary to establish probable cause that the suspect violated the state criminal laws set forth herein.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
[5] The Department of Justice received a criminal tip from ASPENFUN on the 16th of May, 2026 at 19:25
Eastern Time. The tip was then forwarded to the Criminal Investigations Division the following day on the 17th. The
tip comes from an employee of the Ridgeway Department of Transportation (RDOT) who submits Exhibit A, a
Medal.tv video, with the following details: "murder."
[6] On the 16th of May, 2026 at 18:27 Eastern Time, ASPENFUN was on-duty and conducting his duties as an
employee of RDOT. This can be determined by their identifiable RDOT uniform showcasing the RDOT patches and
clearly marked with the letters "RDOT." ASPENFUN was an occupant and passenger of an RDOT Highline Flatbed
vehicle being operated by fellow RDOT employee CHIEF_VINEXY, who was also wearing an identifiable RDOT
uniform showcasing the RDOT patches and clearly marked with the letters "RDOT."
[7] Exhibit A is a Medal.tv video with a duration of 7 seconds. As the video begins, both RDOT employees
ASPENFUN and CHIEF_VINEXY are located in front of the Sterling Heights Car Dealership while the suspect

MICHAELAGOSTINU can be observed operating a dark gray Gridlock by the Sterling Heights High School parking lot
directly ahead of the pair.
[8] Between the 0:00 and 0:01 mark, the slowly moving dark gray Gridlock comes to a stop at an angle and
MICHAELAGOSTINU emerges from the rear left side of the vehicle. While CHIEF_VINEXY is performing a U-turn,
MICHAELAGOSTINU draws a dark gray and black rifle which can be identified as a Stetson M2-A, distinguishable by
its size, shape, and gunfire sound. The Stetson M2-A is an automatic rifle that cannot be purchased from any
licensed/legal firearm dealers within the State of Ridgeway and can only be sourced from illegal dealers.
[9] As the video progresses towards the 0:03 mark, MICHAELAGOSTINU points the drawn Stetson M2-A in the
direction of the RDOT Highline Flatbed occupied by ASPENFUN and CHIEF_VINEXY. MICHAELAGOSTINU
immediately opens fire at the vehicle, shattering its windows and striking ASPENFUN several times, resulting in
their death. ASPENFUN's corpse exited the vehicle and was located on the road.
[10] Onwards from the 0:03 mark, MICHAELAGOSTINU reloads their Stetson M2-A and approaches the dead
body of ASPENFUN on foot, which is when the video abruptly ends.
[11] In an interview with the complainant ASPENFUN, they stated the original video file was corrupted thus
context could not be provided. They mentioned not recalling any previous interactions with the suspect
MICHAELAGOSTINU. Refer to Exhibit B.
[12] The suspect, MICHAELAGOSTINU, was not interviewed as they could not be located within the State of
Ridgeway Discord server.

BASIS OF PROBABLE CAUSE
[13] Based on the foregoing, your affiant asserts there is probable cause MICHAELAGOSTINU is in violation of:
a. R.C.C § 3.01 Murder in the First Degree ON 1 Count;
b. R.C.C § 2.29 Unlawful Possession of a Firearm ON 1 Count;
c. R.C.C § 2.36 Brandishing ON 1 Count; AND
d. R.C.C § 2.33 Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm ON 1 Count.
