PETITION
Petitioner respectfully petitions this Court for an order expunging the 1 arrest record(s)
described above. Petitioner represents that the applicable clean period of 14 days since
judgment has elapsed and that petitioner has remained free of any new arrests or citations
during that period.
Additional Statement:
I respectfully request the expungement of my vehicle theft record from June 9, 2024. Since
this incident, I have taken responsibility for my actions, learned from my mistake, and
worked to demonstrate personal growth and positive change. I believe my conduct since then
reflects who I am today, and I respectfully ask that this record be removed so I can
continue moving forward, in hopes to become a member of the legal system, representing those
in need.
