PETITION
Petitioner respectfully petitions this Court for an order expunging the 8 arrest record(s)
described above. Petitioner represents that the applicable clean period of 14 days since
judgment has elapsed and that petitioner has remained free of any new arrests or citations
during that period.
Additional Statement:
A little bit about my record, I have 8 total arrests and 4 go back to mid 2022 when I didn't
know this community as well as I do now, I've been a part of it for a few weeks at this
point. The other 4 happened just over 2 weeks ago when I "rediscovered" this community. As a
result I was not happy with my actions and moving on and looking forward, I can see my
future at Ridgeway being nothing but positive. I of course have shown over the last nearly 3
weeks that I have no interest in crime or breaking laws & would like to pursue a career in
law enforcement which/ job opportunities that require no record is why I've been behaving in
a well manner and thus attempting to get a clean record. I hope that my attempt is
considered with the most seriousness as I'm hopeful that this will work out so I can serve a
better future here.
DECLARATION UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY
I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Ridgeway that:
1. I am the petitioner named above and I am authorized to file this petition.
2. The number of records stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
3. I have remained free of any new arrests or citations since the date of judgment.
4. All information provided in this petition is true and correct.
5. I understand that a false declaration is punishable as perjury under the laws of the
State of Ridgeway.
