CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity
of the state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Official Misconduct)
eothyu, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly authorized
and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his
official oath informs the said Court that migrationaI, on or about June 28th, 2026, within
the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office Sub-Station, Sterling Heights, County of
Ridgeway, did unlawfully and feloniously commit Official Misconduct by knowingly
abusing the authority and privileges of his public office through the unjustified use of
government-issued equipment against a fellow deputy, thereby acting outside the lawful
scope of his official duties and failing to uphold the responsibilities and standards
required of a sworn law enforcement officer, in violation of R.C.C. § 2.15, against the
peace, government, and dignity of the State.

COUNT TWO
(Assault)
eothyu, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly authorized
and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his
official oath informs the said Court that migrationaI, on or about June 28th, 2026, within
the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office Sub-Station, Sterling Heights, County of
Ridgeway, did unlawfully and feloniously commit Assault by intentionally and without
lawful justification deploying a government-issued conducted energy weapon (Taser)
against a fellow deputy who posed no threat and for whom there existed no lawful or
operational justification for the use of force. The defendant further continued to exert the
conducted electrical charge beyond what was reasonably necessary, causing the deputy to
remain immobilized and subjected to unnecessary and excessive force, in violation of
R.C.C. § 3.09c, against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.
