CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state
and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(R.C.C § 3.03 - Attempted Murder)
vonhagen123, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly authorized
and empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his official
oath informs the said Court that Mrpop1034, on or about July 3rd, 2026, within the County of
Ridgeway, did unlawfully and feloniously commit Attempted Murder by utilizing his Ridgeway
National Guard issued Stetson M2-M rifle to open fire on SnekyKaddin. Mrpop1034 is seen
walking out from the garage exit door of Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office Headquarters and
utilizing his service rifle, a Stetson M2-M to open fire on SnekyKaddin’s vehicle, a black Actila,
and person, causing severe bodily injury to SnekyKaddin, causing SnekyKaddin to reach orange
player health, below one quarter of health remaining. At the time, Mrpop1034 was on the
Ridgeway National Guard team, wearing a guard-issued uniform and hat issued, both bearing
RNG insignia. This action is in violation of R.C.C. § 3.03, against the peace, government, and
dignity of the State.

COUNT TWO
(R.C.C § 3.08(b) - Aggravated Battery Class I)
vonhagen123, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his official oath
informs the said Court that Mrpop1034, on or about July 3rd, 2026, within the County of
Ridgeway, did unlawfully and feloniously commit Aggravated Battery Class I by committed
battery against SnekyKaddin all while using a deadly weapon in the commission of this crime
and while also causing serious boldily injury to SnekyKadding, see by SnekyKaddin being struck
by projectiles fired from Mrpop1034’s Stetson M2-M rifle and the volley of fire at his vehicle,
directly in violation of R.C.C. § 3.08(b), against the peace, government, and dignity of the State.
