PETITION FOR HABEAS CORPUS

Proceeding without counsel, Petitioner THR33SIX8 hereby brings this petition for habeas
corpus and for their allegations against the defendants, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On 2026-07-16 (UTC-5:00), Petitioner thr33six8 was in Ridgeway.
2. Petitioner did not have a RFLID.
3. Petitioner was informed by KREW2012 via DMs that agressionkult had been taken away
by two Executors (the BearCat-esque armored truck).
4. Simultaneously, agressionkult had a search warrant, and he was in the warrant garage of
the headquarters. His search warrant was being executed there.
5. Petitioner was at the headquarters of the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office while driving
a green tremor.
6. Petitioner then tried to break into the department warrant garage by lockpicking the
double doors on the eastern side of the headquarters while KREW2012 was covering
him.
7. While the petitioner was lockpicking, the petitioner was almost apprehended by on-duty
RCSO:CID Corporal rainqg, who was plainclothed.
8. At 16:30:30, Petitioner took out his Para 17, which did not have a flashlight, and killed
rainqg.
9. On-duty RCSO Captain c4j2y, who was on the roof, shot at Petitioner with his
department-issued Stetson M2-A automatic rifle.
10. On-duty PPD:TRU Operator rashhyyyy, who was als on the roof, followed and opened
fire with his department-issued Stetson Cardiac-5 while the petitioner was driving away.
11. At 16:30:52, Petitioner came into rainqg's sights, who had just come out of the
headquarters.
12. At 16:30:56, rainqg opened fire on the petitioner.
13. Seconds later, c4j2y followed up and opened fire on petitioner as he was driving away.
14. Respondent Vulmony was not on the rooftop, and he was not at RCSO HQ.
15. Later, Petitioner was chased by Vulmony, who was driving a marked PPD Actila, around
Sterling Heights.
16. Later, at 16:32, Petitioner as tased by Respondent Vulmony.
17. At 16:33:48, Vulmony searched Petitioner without his consent while he was handcuffed.
18. Vulmony seized Petitioner's Para 17, nine boxes of 9mm, a lockpick, and knife.
19. Vulmony saw that Petitioner's Para 17 did not have a flashlight; a police-issued Para 17
has a flashlight attached under its barrel.
20. Vulmony saw that Petitioner's boxes of 9mm had no mark indicating them being
police-issued; a police-issued box of ammo would indicate itself as police-issued.
21. Vulmony then booked Petitioner for three charges, one of them being Unlawful
Possession of Government-Issued Equipment, a felony. R.C.C. § 2.26.
VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in Sterling Heights
and the City of Palmer, which are parts of Ridgeway County and the State of Ridgeway,
and it is therefore subject to the laws of both the county and the state.
2. This court, which is the Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway, "shall exercise original
jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or controversies under the rules as set by the
Supreme Court". R. Const. Art. Ⅴ § Ⅳ.
3. This court may also grant the writ of habeas corpus. Id.
4. Further, the petitioner has a statuatory right to habeas corpus. 7 R. Stat. § 133.001 ("A
person may, at any time, file a writ of habeas corpus to challenge an arrest against
themselves. A writ of habeas corpus shall not be held moot on the basis that the person
was released from prison").
PARTIES
1. Respondent Vulmony is a Patrol Officer of the Palmer Police Department. He has held
his peace officer certification from the Law Enforcement Training Center since
2026-07-15.
2. Petitioner thr33six8 is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and he is unemployed.
REMEDY
1. Petitioner requests that the arrest or the R.C.C. § 2.26 ("Unlawful Possession of
Government-Issued Equipment") charge within the arrest be expunged.
