An adopting order under Rule 80 should include:

The Judicial Conference’s lawful membership on [DATE] was [NUMBER].
[MEMBERS PRESENT] attended. The roll call was:
[MEMBER—VOTE; MEMBER—VOTE; ...].
The Conference approved the attached Rules by a vote of [AYES] to
[NAYS], with [ABSTENTIONS] abstentions. The [AYES] affirmative votes
exceeded one-half of the lawful membership. Acting through a quorum
under article V, sections III and IX of the Ridgeway Constitution,
3 R. Stat. §§ 121.003 and 121.106, and Rule 10, the Supreme Court
orders that:
1. the attached authenticated text is adopted;
2. the completed Appendix D fee schedule is approved;
3. the Rules take effect on [DATE AND UTC TIME];
4. the instruments identified in Rule 80(e) are superseded;
5. pending proceedings are governed by Rule 7(e); and
6. the Clerk shall publish and distribute the Rules as Rule 80 requires.
