Pursuant to Rid. Rule Civ. Proc. 4(2)(1), Plaintiff files this return affidavit of service
upon the appropriate adversaries. thr33six8 is a licensed attorney and is procedurally allowed
to do the service of the summons on his own. See Id., at 4(8)(2). Plaintiffs' attorney has sworn
under the penalty of Perjury, a conviction only felony enforced with 20 minutes of
imprisonment and/or a fine of RW$2,500, R.C.C. § 2.10, the following:
