CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNTS ONE
(Murder in the First Degree)
Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, duly authorized and
empowered to investigate and prosecute the above-entitled case in this Court, on his official oath
informs the said Court that on or about August 18th, 2026, in the County of Ridgeway, State of
Ridgeway, the crime of Official Misconduct in violation of R.C.C. § 3.01, a Felony, was
committed in that the defendant TortaDiver, unlawfully killed an individual in the course of
committing arson by discharging his firearm at a fleeing vehicle that posed no risk to anyone at
all, in the process, blowing up the victims car, causing death to the individual against the peace,
government, and dignity of the State.murder in violation of R.C.C. §3.01, against the peace,
government, and dignity of the State.

COUNTS TWO
(Official Misconduct)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about August 18, 2026, in the County of
Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the crime of Official Misconduct in violation of R.C.C. § 2.15, a
Felony, was committed in that the defendant did unlawfully committed an act relating to their
office, but constituted an unauthorized exercise of their official functions by violating OPREG
3002(l) Murder, OPREG 3002(i) Conduct Prejudicial to the Government, and OPREG 3003(d)
Gross Incompetency by firing his weapon at a fleeing vehicle that posed no threat to the safety of
any one or property including the Ridgeway National Guard Base against the peace, government,
and dignity of the State.

COUNTS THREE
(Arson in the Second Degree)
And further, Wynneboy2010, State Attorney for the Ridgeway Department of Justice, on his
official oath informs the said Court that on or about August 18, 2026, in the County of
Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, the crime of Arson in the Second Degree in violation of R.C.C. §
4.01(b), a Felony, was committed in that the defendant did unlawfully set fire to the personal
property of the victim, as while he was leaving, as he was leaving, his car was smoking and the
defendant knew that so he continued to fire his weapon at the vehicle and burn it against the
peace, government, and dignity of the State.
