Yes. I was looking to enter the ports and I noticed it was closed. I
proceeded to enter through the hills, following the train tracks. I purchased
a gun and proceeded to exit that way. I was on my way to spawn another
vehicle at SCD and I stepped out of my vehicle to ensure that my gun was
reloaded. As I checked my weapon, Japan_2s began shooting at me and my car
and I drove away to protect my life.

Not to my recollection. It was a challenge since the main enterance was
blocked off, so I would have to enter by the train tracks.

No. If it helps, my weapon was fully loaded. 30/60 according to the video I
submitted. This means I had not used my weapon at all, if I am correct.

So just to confirm. The Pink Actilla kept driving in and out, ramming the
guardsmen. No action was taken then. Barriers were placed down, again, no
action for the earlier activities. And then finally, once they are no where
near them, action is taken? Forgive me if I'm not following along entirely
with this story

If I remember correctly, the car rammed into the guardsmen, drove into the
port, made a uturn, taunted the guardsmen when he ran to remove them from the
vehicle, then repeated
After that is when he opened fire
