Petitioner Bencuh2022, proceeding by and thru with their undersigned counsel hereby
requests this civil action and for their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On January 29, 2025, Bencuh2022 was buying a gun at the Sterling gun shop.
2. He was leaving the gun shop, he got into his car and started to leave.
3. When the Petitioner, Bencuh2022 has left the gun shop.
4. He has seen the Defendant, Goodbugggatti on the side of the road with no
headlights on.
5. As the Petitioner, Bencuh2022 worried for other people’s lives he asked the
Defendant Goodbugggatti to turn on his headlights.
6. As the Defendant Goodbugggatti didn’t answer The Petitioner, Bencuh2022
just drove away.
7. While the Petitioner, Bencuh2022 was doing a u-turn back to Palmer. The
Defendant, Goodbugggatti got on the hood of the Petitioner, Bencuh2022’s car.
8. The Petitioner, Bencuh2022 then asked him to get off the hood of his car.
9. As the Defendant, Goodbugggatti didn’t respond, the Petitioner, Bencuh2022
just drove away
10. The Defendant, then used his handcuffs to take out the Petitioner, Bencuh2022
out of his car going 35 MPH.
11. The Defendant, Goodbugggatti Then arrested him for having an illegal
weapon P90. VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the Sterling
gun dealer. which is In-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
PARTIES
1. Petitioner, Bencuh2022 is a citizen in the State of Ridgeway.
2. Defendant Goodbugggatti is a Park service worker Of the Ridgeway’s Park
service. And a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. For not having headlights on during night time parked at a place filled with
citizens.
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 1 be as follows:
a. $10,000 in ingame currency in punitive/actual/compensatory/monetary damages
b. The plaintiff also requests an order of protection spanning from Palmer to Sterling
