WHEREAS, Plaintiff Arthur_Chen, and Respondent g_dsteel (collectively the “parties”), have settled
this matter pursuant to a Settlement Agreement1 (“Settlement Agreement”), the terms of which provide for the
substance of this Judgment and Order.
CONSENT JUDGMENT AND ORDER
The defendant shall pay the plaintiff ten-thousand dollars ($10,000) within 3 days dated from the entry
of this Consent Judgment.
Upon such payment, the terms agreed upon in the Settlement Agreement shall be enforced and the case
will be dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this action for purposes of
enforcing compliance with the terms of this Consent Judgment.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
