FINDINGS OF FACT
(TO BE COMPLETED BY THE IMPANELED OFFICERS)
1) On or about 22nd of August, 2024, dankmo7 (“Respondent”) requested to be discharged
from the Ridgeway National Guard.
2) On or about the 23rd of August, 2024, dankmo7 (“Respondent”) left all Communications
servers belonging to the Ridgeway National Guard, and the Roblox group. Private
dankmo7 did not have permission to leave the Ridgeway National Guard, its groups and
its communication server.
3) On or about 23rd of August, 2024, an investigation was initiated against Private dankmo7
shortly after the complaint was submitted.
4) The investigator assigned to the case was unable to make contact with the respondent
after leaving all Ridgeway related servers.
5) The investigator continued without the testimony of Private dankmo7 (“Respondent”) and
the investigator assigned to the case was able to sustain the allegations forwarded against
Private dankmo7 “(Respondent”) in the final disposition of the case.
6) The investigator recommended that Private dankmo7 (“Respondent”) be dishonorably
discharged from the Ridgeway National Guard for violation of OPREG 3002.1(q) -
Desertion.
7) 3002.1(q) - Desertion of the Ridgeway National Guard’s Code of Conduct prohibits any
guardsman from leaving their official post without the proper authorization to do so or
failing to follow all applicable regulations while leaving post.
8) Exhibit A shows the case report completed by the assigned Investigator of all of the facts
of the case.

RECOMMENDATIONS
1) The impaneled officers recommend that dankmo7 is dishonorably discharged and
terminated from the Ridgeway National Guard.
