SETTLEMENT
Defendants Impediage and drjack0, as represented by the State of Ridgeway, by and
through the powers of the Attorney General, and Plaintiffs, agree to the following terms.
1. The Law Enforcement Training Center (LETC) shall reconduct all background checks on
all Plaintiffs in accordance with the laws of the State of Ridgeway, providing equal pro
tection to Plaintiffs under the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution, treating
them equally to any other individuals who had background checks conducted during Class
14.
• In the event a background check is failed again by LETC, a full denial reason shall
be rendered to the individual in question, along with their counsel in this matter
(Robin5D). This denial reason shall include any specific conclusions, statements,
evidence, or reasoning relating to such denial. If the full denial reason is provided,
and that denial reason is in accordance with the law, this result shall be unappeal
able to LETC and the courts.
• In the event a background check is accepted, the individual is to be admitted to
the next full LETC class, or expedited class if they meet such requirements at the
time of admission.
2. The aforementioned case (RSCCV3435) shall be dismissed with prejudice, including all
individual capacity claims contained within.
3. This settlement shall constitute a binding contract, and both parties acknowledge that any
violation of it may be remedied through the legal system.
