CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 08 - ATTEMPTED MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 28th of July, 2024 at the Ridgeads Parking lot, located in Ridgeads, Palmer, the defendant
willingly and intentionally started swinging his axe and began swinging it at JustTheJudge1, taking
away a significant amount of health. JustTheJudge1 began driving away in his vehicle and was then
followed by the defendant in his vehicle. Once JustTheJudge1 stopped driving, the defendant exited his
vehicle and jumped onto JustTheJudge1’s car and drew his axe again and began swinging at him. The
defendant then fell off the vehicle and JustTheJudge1 began to drive away.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
[1] I am a Deputy in the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office and a Detective in the Criminal
Investigations Division (hereinafter “CID”). As a law enforcement officer, I am empowered to
conduct investigations.
[2] I have been employed with the Sheriff’s Office since January 27th, 2024.
[3] I have investigated a multitude of cases involving violent crime.
[4] This affidavit is being submitted in support of a criminal information alleging that
bubby87584 violated the following state criminal laws: 3 S.C.C § 08 (Attempted Murder).
[5] This affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, information provided to me by other law
enforcement agents, law enforcement records, witness interviews, and my training and experience,
as well as the training and experience of other law enforcement agents.
[6] Because this affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable
cause in support of a criminal information, I have not included each and every fact known to me
concerning this investigation. I have only set forth the facts that I believe are necessary to establish
probable cause that the suspect violated the state criminal laws set forth herein.
[7] On the 28th of July, 2024 at 3:54 PM EST, complainant JustTheJudge1 was in their
stationary green Rodeo Covered at the RidgeAds parking lot when suspect bubby87584
approached in their black Tremor Cobral. The suspect exited and drew an axe to swing at the
complainant, injuring them. As the complainant fled to the Palmer Penthouses, the suspect
followed in their black Tremor Cobral, stepping out once nearby to place themselves on top of the
complainant’s green Rodeo Covered. Once again, the suspect used an axe to cause physical injury
to the complainant, resulting in approximately ¾ health diminishing. The complainant drove in a
reckless manner in order to push the suspect off of their vehicle, in which the attack concluded.
The continuous attempts to harm the complainant establishes probable cause that the suspect
had murderous intent. Refer to Exhibit A and Exhibit B.
[8] When contacting the complainant, they mentioned not having any previous interactions
with the suspect and that they were randomly attacked. Refer to Exhibit C.
[9] In an interview with the suspect, they stated they were acting in self-defense due to being a
victim of vehicular assault and referred me to GYgctywuctbibr, a witness. Refer to Exhibit D.
[10] As I messaged witness GYgctywuctbibr, they reinforced the suspect’s statement. Refer to
Exhibit E.
[11] Because the suspect sought out and pursued the complainant to strike them, their actions
would not constitute self-defense. I believe the suspect brought up witness GYgctywuctbibr as they
are both friends with each other on the Roblox platform.
[12] Based on the foregoing, your affiant asserts that bubby87584 violated 3 S.C.C § 08, which
makes it a crime to attempt to kill another individual.
