AFFIDAVIT
I, O72yss, solemnly affirm under the penalties of perjury that:
1. I am of legal age and competent to make this Affidavit.
2. I am a sworn law enforcement officer trained and certified by the Ridgeway Law
Enforcement Training Center.
3. For roughly three and a half years, I have been employed by the Palmer Police
Department as a sworn law enforcement officer. During that time, I received further training on
various aspects of law enforcement.
4. During periods of the aforementioned training, I learned how to interact with a
database, which is shared with judges of the Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway (the
“Database”).
5. On August 3, 2024, a search (the “Search”) of the Database revealed that a judge of
the Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway had duly issued a warrant for the arrest of Mr. Thr33six8
and that the warrant was still outstanding.
6. Pursuant to the results of the Search, which I had no compelling reason to doubt, I
arrested Mr. Thr33six8.
