AFFIDAVIT
1. I am a resident of the State of Ridgeway of which this court has competent jurisdiction over.
I am the Plaintiff in the aforementioned matter, and I have personal knowledge of the facts
and circumstances related to this affidavit.
2. I am of sound mind and capable of making this statement. This statement is accurate to the
best of my knowledge.
3. This affidavit is being filed as proof of service in a civil action, pursuant to Rid. R. Civ.
P. 4(e).
4. I served Defendant drjack0 with the summons and civil complaint filed in the aforemen
tioned case (Robin5D v. drjack0) filed with this court through Discord direct messaging at
