SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This settlement agreement (the “agreement”) is made as of July 31st, 2024, between
highzpeedtrain (“Plaintiff”) and EpsilonAce (“Defendant”), each individually a “party, and
collectively the“parties”.
WHEREAS Plaintiff has made a civil claim in the Ridgeway Superior Court for Wrongful
Death against EpsilonAce in connection with events on July 26th, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE: the parties mutually agree to execute the following agreement:
1. LIABILITY
Upon this agreement being accepted by the court, Count One, Count Two, and Count
Three will not be found to the Defendant.
2. COMPENSATORY AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES
Upon this agreement being accepted by the court, the Defendant accepts the penalty and
reinstatement of ten thousand dollars ($10000) for Count One. Defendant will have three (3) days
to issue ten thousand dollars ($10000) to the Plaintiff or this contract will be broken.

3. RELEASE
Plaintiff and defendant jointly waives all rights to pursue remedy at law for the matters
contained in the complaint for action RSC-CV-3342.
4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The terms of this agreement reflect the entire agreement and obligations of the parties.
5. FAILURE TO COMPLETE
Failure to complete any term of this agreement constitutes a waiver of the release
granted.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this settlement agreement and release
as on the 31sth day of July, 2024.
