A civil action has been brought forth against you. The Plaintiff(s) named above has started a

summons and the original complaint has been filed in the Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway. You
must act promptly to protect your rights.

COMPLAINT IN A CIVIL ACTION
COME NOW, Plaintiff highzpeedtrain, by and through counsel, alleges, for their
complaint against the defendant, as follows:
PARTIES
1. highzpeedtrain (“Plaintiff”) is a resident of Ridgeway County. He is also a citizen of
the State of Ridgeway and employed within the Ridgeway Credit Union Corporate
Security, as a security personnel.
2. EpsilonAce (“Defendant”) is a resident of Ridgeway County. He is also a citizen of the
State of Ridgeway.
3. r_isimm (“Defendant”) is a resident of Ridgeway County. He is also a citizen of the
State of Ridgeway.
4. GeneBascetti (“Defendant”) is a resident of Ridgeway County. He is also a citizen of
the State of Ridgeway.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
5. Plaintiff invokes the jurisdiction of the Superior Court contained in Article V, Section
IV of the state Constitution, giving jurisdiction for “all civil or criminal cases.”

6. Venue is proper as the conduct involved relates to a contractual obligation with
choice of law provisions indicating that the State of Ridgeway shall be the relevant
venue for the agreement, and the agreement was executed within the State of
Ridgeway.
FACTS
7. On July 26th, 2024, Plaintiff highzpeedtrain, on the Resident team, was present in
Palmer Courthouse, Ridgeway, alongside resident ouizeb. Ouizeb was a Defendant of
RSC-CV-3269, Wrongful Death suit filed by the Plaintiff. A settlement was found and
Mr. ouizeb paid his fine of eight thousand dollars ($8000) to Plaintiff highzpeedtrain.
8. Plaintiff drove his blue Pioneer (Plaintiff’s vehicle) to Bloxmart, located within the
City of Palmer, Ridgeway. Plaintiff deposited four thousand five hundred twenty
dollars ($4520) within the Bloxmart ATM inside, leaving three thousand four hundred
eighty dollars ($3480) in his wallet due to his bank limit of twenty five thousand
dollars ($25000).
9. Plaintiff purchased four (4) Stetson M1s and ten (10) boxes of 5.56 ammunition from
Bloxmart.
10. Mr. highzpeedtrain exited and placed his purchases within his vehicle. Plaintiff
observed Defendants EpsilonAce and GeneBascetti had their firearms drawn. Walking
from Palmer Car Dealership to Bloxmart, towards the Plaintiff. Defendant EpsilonAce
having their Stetson M2-A drawn, and Defendant GeneBascetti having their Stetson
Cardiac-5 drawn.
11. The Plaintiff had a reasonable apprehension that the two Defendant’s act of drawing
their firearms would result in imminent harmful and offensive contact towards the

Plaintiff’s life and well-being. Plaintiff began to drive off but crashed into a pole at
Bloxmart.
12. Defendants EpsilonAce and GeneBascetti began open firing upon Mr. highzpeedtrain,
striking him numerous times, causing harmful and offensive contact to the Plaintiff.
13. Defendants used their firearm to present harm and offensive contact to the Plaintiff.
14. Plaintiff did not provide consent to any harm or offensive contact inflicted by the
Defendants.
15. Plaintiff reserved and attempted to evade Defendants EpsilonAce and GeneBascetti,
in fear of his life. Defendant r_isimm, within his green Cavela, drove infront of the
Plaintiff. Blocking his exit from Bloxmart.
16. All Defendants used their firearm to injure, and eventually kill Plaintiff without legal
justification.
17. Defendant r_isimm drew his Barrage 1014 and open fired upon the Plaintiff, while
within his blue Pioneer. Plaintiff jumped out of his vehicle, in fear of his life, and ran
away. Defendant r_isimm switched to their Cline 911 and continued to discharge their
firearms towards Mr. highzpeedtrain.
18. All Defendants continued to discharge their firearm towards the Plaintiff unjustly and
unlawfully; ultimately killing the Plaintiff while the Plaintiff was fleeing, in fear for his
life.
19. All Defendants dispossessed the Plaintiff of twenty two dollars ($22) within the
Plaintiff’s wallet, four (4) Stetson M1 rifles, ten (10) boxes of 5.56 ammunition, the
Plaintiff’s blue Pioneer (vehicle). All firearm possessions purchased from Bloxmart,
located in Palmer, Ridgeway. Pioneer is 1400

COUNT ONE
WRONGFUL DEATH - 1 R. STAT. § 3109
The statute cited above this paragraph states the following:

20. All prior paragraphs within this complaint are incorporated as if they were fully set
forth herein.
21. Wrongful Death is defined “Any individual who causes the death of another without
legal cause or justification shall be wrongful death”.
22. Defendant committed the act of Wrongful Death when he brutally took the life of the
Plaintiff, without legal cause or legal justification such as self-defense, while the
Plaintiff attempted to flee from the Defendants. In fear of his life being taken.
COUNT TWO
ASSAULT - 1 R. STAT. § 3103
The statute cited above this paragraph states the following:

24. Assault is defined as “Any individual who intentionally and voluntarily caused
reasonable apprehension of an immediate harmful or offensive contact is assault”.
25. Defendants committed the act of Assault when the Defendant intentionally and
voluntarily drew their firearms, giving the Plaintiff reasonable apprehension that the
Defendants would use their firearms to cause immediate harmful or offensive contact
to the Plaintiff while within his vehicle at Bloxmart. Located within the City of
Palmer, Ridgeway.

COUNT THREE
BATTERY - 1 R. STAT. § 3102
The statute cited above this paragraph states the following:

26. All prior paragraphs within this complaint are incorporated as if they were fully set
forth herein.
27. Battery is defined as “Any individual who brings unconsented harmful or offensive
contact against another person is battery”.
28. Defendants committed the act of Battery by striking the Plaintiff numerous times with
their Stetson M2-A (EpsilonAce’s firearm) and Stetson Cardiac-5 (GeneBascetti’s
firearm) nonconsensually and presenting harmful and offensive contact to the
Plaintiff.
RELIEF
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the court to grant relief to redress the injury as follows:
29. Declaratory relief declaring that All Defendants listed wrongfully took the life of
Plaintiff highzpeedtrain;
30. Declaratory relief declaring Defendants EpsilonAce and GeneBascetti assaulted
Plaintiff highzpeedtrain;
31. Declaratory relief declaring Defendants EpsilonAce and Genebascetti battered
Plaintiff highzpeedtrain
32. Award Plaintiff compensatory damages in the amount of three thousand eight
hundred ninety four dollars ($3894), split between all Defendants;
33. Award Plaintiff’s punitive damages for Count One of five thousand dollars ($5000)
each from all Defendants;

dollars ($3500), each from Defendants EpisilonAce and GeneBascetti;
35. Award Plaintiff’s punitive damages for Count Three of four thousand five hundred

36. Award Plaintiff’s cost of court of one hundred twenty five dollars ($125);
37. Award Plaintiff’s legal fees;
38. Award such other, further, or different relief as may be just and proper.
