Plaintiff NationalLegislator ("National" or "Plaintiff"), by and through counsel, submits
this motion for entry of default.
1. DEMAND - Punitive. $5000 in damages from Defendant SaintedSardine.
2. DEMAND - Declaratory Judgment. Declaratory Judgement that Defendant
SaintedSardine wrongfully took the life of Plaintiff NationalLegislator.
3. DEMAND - Fees. $125 in fees of the Plaintiff filing this civil action against
Defendant SaintedSardine.
4. DEMAND - Fees. $900 in legal fees for the Plaintiff’s attorney of record.

AFFIDAVIT
I, Sawyeriez, do hereby swear under the pains and penalties of perjury that the statement
contained within this affidavit is, to the best of my knowledge, the truth, the whole truth and
nothing but the truth.
1. I am of sound mind and capable of making this statement. I understand if I lie in
this statement, I may be criminally liable. This statement is accurate to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
2. On the 27th of July, 2024, Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant SaintedSardine. On
the 28th of July, 2024, counsel for the Plaintiff submitted their civil complaint.
3. Defendant was served with a summons on the 28th of July, 2024.
4. A response to the complaint was due on the 3rd of August 2024 - as set by His
Honor bommes.
5. Defendant SaintedSardine jointly failed to plead to the civil complaint within the
allocated time and are therefore in default.
6. Plaintiff hereby incorporates all prior pleadings in support of this affidavit and
motion.
