DEFAULT ORDER
This court finds the Defendant in default in the aforementioned matter, and the request for relief shall be
awarded in full.
BACKGROUND
On July 28, 2024, at 7:48 PM MDT, the Plaintiff's civil complaint was accepted. The Plaintiff was then
ordered to draft and serve the summons, which was done later that night, July 28, 2024, at 7:56 PM MDT. The
court allocated five days for the Defendant to appear.
The Defendant was in the Discord prior to this matter and was added to the channel. They first spoke on
August 1, 2024, at 6:58 PM MDT and continued to speak however even after being asked multiple times they
have yet to state if they had an attorney or made any attempt to respond to the civil cmplaint. On August 4,
2024, nine days after the service of the summons Plaintiff then submitted a default order. As of August 6, 2024,
at 2:55 PM MDT the Defendant still has yet to submit a response.
CONCLUSION
Defendant Njthan is held in default failing to reply to the civil complaint within the time outlined on the
summons. They are ordered to pay 7, 263 in Ridgeway currency by August 14, 2024.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
