ORDER
Upon examination of the parties' Joint Stipulation of Dismissal, this Court, fully informed on the
matter, finds that the parties are reasonably seeking the dismissal of the above-captioned case with
prejudice.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT the above-captioned case be dismissed with prejudice
pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 28(a)(2).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT this Court shall retain jurisdiction to implement and enforce
any settlement agreement executed by and between the parties relating to the above-captioned case.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT each party shall bear his/her/its costs, expenses, and attorney
fees resulting from the above-captioned case.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT all pending motions are denied as moot, and all future hearing
dates are vacated.
