Plaintiff SniperAllStar1 ("Sniper" or "Plaintiff"), by and through counsel, submits this motion
for entry of default.
1. DEMAND - Punitive. $23000 in damages from Defendant PrinzBakyl.
2. DEMAND - Compensatory. $2010 in damages from Defendant PrinzBakyl.
3. DEMAND - (Count One) Declaratory Judgment. Declaratory Judgement that
Defendant PrinzBakyl wrongfully took the life of Plaintiff SniperAllStar1.
4. DEMAND - (Count Two) Declaratory Judgment. Declaratory Judgement that
Defendant PrinzBakyl assaulted Plaintiff SniperAllStar1.
5. DEMAND - (Count Three) Declaratory Judgment. Declaratory Judgement that
Defendant PrinzBakyl wrongfully took the life of Plaintiff SniperAllStar1.
6. DEMAND - (Count Four) Declaratory Judgment. Declaratory Judgement that
Defendant PrinzBakyl wrongfully took the life of Plaintiff SniperAllStar1.
7. DEMAND - (Count Five) Declaratory Judgment. Declaratory Judgement that
Defendant PrinzBakyl battered Plaintiff SniperAllStar1.
8. DEMAND - Fees. $125 in fees of the Plaintiff filing this civil action against Defendant
PrinzBakyl.
9. DEMAND - Fees. $2700 in legal fees for the Plaintiff’s attorney of record.

AFFIDAVIT
I, Sawyeriez, do hereby swear under the pains and penalties of perjury that the statement
contained within this affidavit is, to the best of my knowledge, the truth, the whole truth and nothing but
the truth.
1. I am of sound mind and capable of making this statement. I understand if I lie in this
statement, I may be criminally liable. This statement is accurate to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
2. On the 24th of July, 2024, Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant PrinzBakyl. On the 26th
of July, 2024, counsel for the Plaintiff submitted their civil complaint.
3. Defendant was served with a summons on the 26th of July, 2024.
4. A response to the complaint was due on the 1st of August 2024 at noon EST - as set by
His Honor bommes.
5. Defendant PrinzBakyl jointly failed to plead to the civil complaint within the allocated
time and are therefore in default.
6. Plaintiff hereby incorporates all prior pleadings in support of this affidavit and motion.
