CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendants as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On June 21ST, 2024, at the Sterling Port South, the complainant was driving to the South Entrance of the
Sterling Railyard, colliding with the Black vehicle while exiting the Port. When the complainant crashed
into the pole of the Entrance, the Defendants parked in front of the complainant, got out of their vehicle
(Defendants) and shot at the complainant’s vehicle, exploding it and killing the complainant in the
process, as a result of the explosion.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 04 - BRANDISHING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On June 21ST, 2024, at the Sterling Port South, the complainant was driving to the South Entrance of the
Sterling Railyard, colliding with the Black vehicle while exiting the Port. When the complainant crashed
into the pole of the Entrance, the Defendants parked in front of the complainant, got out of their vehicle
(Defendants) and shot at the complainant’s vehicle, exploding it and killing the complainant in the
process, as a result of the explosion.
COUNT THREE - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On June 21ST, 2024, at the Sterling Port South, the complainant was driving to the South Entrance of the
Sterling Railyard, colliding with the Black vehicle while exiting the Port. When the complainant crashed
into the pole of the Entrance, the Defendants parked in front of the complainant, got out of their vehicle
(Defendants) and shot at the complainant’s vehicle, exploding it and killing the complainant in the
process, as a result of the explosion.
COUNT FOUR - 4 R.C.C. § 08 - ARSON
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On June 21ST, 2024, at the Sterling Port South, the complainant was driving to the South Entrance of the
Sterling Railyard, colliding with the Black vehicle while exiting the Port. When the complainant crashed
into the pole of the Entrance, the Defendants parked in front of the complainant, got out of their vehicle
(Defendants) and shot at the complainant’s vehicle, exploding it and killing the complainant in the
process, as a result of the explosion.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
Statement of Probable Cause attached.
