ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
This order to show cause is entered upon the petition of the government because a felony
indictment or felony criminal information issued upon probable cause named you as a defendant
and you failed to appear for a preliminary hearing, arraignment, failed to enter a plea, appoint
counsel or request a public defender, renounced your citizenship, left the court Discord, or failed
to be present at the beginning of trial.
You are ordered to immediately appear at the Superior Court and show cause as to why the court
should not declare you a fugitive from justice. If you fail to appear and show cause August 10,
2024, you will be declared a fugitive from justice.
Notice of penalties for a fugitive from justice
● No person who is currently declared a fugitive from justice shall hold public office or
employment by any State, county, or municipal entity.
● A State, county, municipal or other governmental entity shall be authorized to dishonorably
discharge a fugitive from justice without an administrative hearing, claim filed before an
administrative judge or other cause; no discharge issued under these provisions shall be
reviewed by an administrative court, unless there are claims of constitutional violations
which shall be filed as civil claims of equity in the Superior Court.
● No entity which is authorized to conduct business or commerce within this State shall
employ a fugitive from justice. The Secretary of State may enforce these provisions by
revoking any license or authorization held by said business, or by suspending or seeking
the dissolution thereof.
● The government may search the property of the declared a fugitive from justice at any time,
without a warrant.
● A fugitive from justice shall not own, carry, possess, or operate any deadly weapon,
firearm, or object which may cause serious bodily injury.
● A fugitive from justice shall not own, carry, possess, or hold sugarcane, or sugarcane
paraphernalia, and if found to have such property shall have it seized.
● A fugitive from justice may not own or register a business.
● A fugitive from justice may not be admitted into the Law Enforcement Training Center.
● A fugitive from justice may not be admitted into the bar association.
● A fugitive from justice may not appear on a ballot for public office.
● A sentencing enhancement shall be authorized for a defendant who was previously declared
a fugitive from justice.
● The charges filed against a fugitive from justice will be dismissed without prejudice and all
times associated with speedy trial and statute of limitations shall be paused and will only
resume upon any grant of relief from a fugitive from justice declaration.
